W Round Grove Rd. Ste 1. 90. Lewisville, TX7. This is a nice little place. Portion sizes are as big as your face. My friend and I shared one pancake, hash hashbrowns , and bacon.
The food is delicious! Due to limited space if you plan to show up make sure you plan time when you're not in a hurry. It is definitely worth the wait. Service took a long time , however the servers were outstandingly amazing, nice, and took care of us with positive personalities ,and a smile. All seating is table seating at close proximity with your neighbor. But no big deal and if you sit by someone nice it may be fun to talk about how amazing this place is and what they are eating.
I highly recommend coming here. If you haven't been, and you're in the area, this place is an experience. Jupiter size servings.
The portion sizes here are HUGE! The pancakes are massive from what I saw other tables order, and the biscuits. The biscuit we had with it was barely eaten. The omelette wasn't bad, it was just overloaded with cheese - and I do love cheese; this just seemed a bit much.
If you have a huge appetite I'd come here for breakfast. This was our (husband and I) first trip out for breakfast since we moved to Texas.. And I discovered two Texas truths.. People in the south are friendlier!!! And they do like em bigger in Texas!!!! This is a shout out to Linda!!! Thank you for making us feel welcome!!
Biscuits are stupid big and not real good. Pancakes are stupid big and not good at all.

They could seriously use a new recipe for both. Prices are on the high side. Had the denver omelet and my husband the breakfast porkchops. The denver omelet is more like a denver scramble, very bland, the 4 inch biscuit is very dry and more like a bad version of a bland cake.

The pork chops were very tough but had a nice taste. The best part of breakfast was the staff, very friendly and eager to please. I've only been here once before, but it was a great experience so I introduced my cousin to it today.
Not the cheapest, but worth every penny. The portions are so big you can actually get one or two more breakfasts out of it. I had the egg scramble with pulled pork, and it was the best.
Don't come here if you want all fancy.. GOOD. Huge biscuits and pancakes, but the pancakes are a little too bready. Unbelievable portions! And food was decent also. I wouldn't say it was amazing but for the price I thought it was pretty good. I do recommend to try this place.
It makes you laugh when you see the dishes come out : )Gigantic portions, come hungry! Recommend the biscuit!
Me and a friend dined in today for breakfast. To say the least, we were completely mortified at the portion sizes. My pancakes nearly took up half the table.
I'm nowhere near a health nut but seriously it was simply disgusting. The pancakes were missing pieces and were not all the way cooked through. The owner/mgr needs to learn quality over quanity. I would have very much rather small good pancakes instead of enormous half cooked one's.
It made my stomach turn. The lady seemed taken back that I didn't want a to go plate. Our waiter was a sweetheart, but brung our drinks stacked on top of each other and her bare hand was holding the rim (the part you drink from). For French toast and pancakes our tab was $2. I won't be returning. This is a dive. Being so, is neither bad, nor good.
Generally, my review style will keep the 5's for holy $%## moments when everything comes together from restaurant design, to service, to excellent food. I arrived around 9. AM on a Sunday. It was busy but there were still tables available. There was a bit of an acrid after taste indicating that Ham & Eggs either buy coffee pre- ground or need to learn how to properly calibrate a coffee grinder. This of course assumes the owners are buying acceptable beans in the first place.
The omelet itself was burnt dark brown. The outer omelet was crispy. The potatoes were cold. The wheat toast was lightly toasted and arrived at the table without butter. Their gimmick is portion sizes. Bring your appetite, even then, share.
Ham & Eggs is not making money if you sit for 3 hours talking with friends. Those prices and portion sizes demand they turn tables like mad. This is exactly what they do. No surprises, no culinary masterpieces, just massive amounts of food at a reasonable price. I am on the fence for 2 or 3 stars. I can respect that this is an .
Just heaping plates full of meh- comfort- food. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with this place. The service and the portions were excellent!!! The food however was so bland! No taste, no seasoning, just sad.
We ordered an omelette with home fries and the pork chops and eggs. So it's about 1. 0: 3. I just arrived right behind a large group of bikers. I can tell from the outside looking in that the place is extremely packed today.
As soon as I entered the restaurant the wait staff promptly greeted me at the door, I was promptly seated, given a menu, and water was brought right to my table followed by my drink order. I waited maybe about 1. I have to admit I was super excited when it arrived at the table, huge portions, looked like it was cooked to perfection, and then, the first bite.. My toast was stale, my hash browns were super greasy with cheese attached to the underside of them (of which I didn't order), my eggs were perfect egg whites just how I like them, but my bacon was super greasy. Kind of made my stomach hurt to be honest. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place and the staff is uber friendly and awesome but I feel like they should pay more attention to the food.
So sad to say that is the only downfall to this restaurant. It saddens me to say but it is very unlikely that I will be returning. From previous reviews I really thought this place had potential. But should of known when you show up and only one table is filled. Had the Machaco and it was a large meal but very bland and just not exciting. I'd go back and give it another try and just try something different on the menu. Give it a try it might fit someone else's taste as I'm learning in this area.
The biscuits were as big as a loaf of bread. Everything we had was delicious. Go in with a big appetite and stretchy pants. Portions are huge but still very tasty! Loved to friendliness and the food. Always delicious but always soooo much food..
I love getting the pancakes and Biscuit.. It would be dangerous if H& E were open longer. I may even go for dinner. Got the Patty Melt today, toast was perfectly crispy, cheesy and delicious was the meat and onions all mixed together and so good. No booze but amazing food and you can get an amazing Bloody Mary next door if you aren't requiring a post meal nap.
